Place three (3) of your most favorite fat quarters into a brown sandwich bag. Select fabric YOU like because YOU will be the recipient of a gift made especially for YOU by your Secret Santa.
Place your first & last name INSIDE the brown paper sandwich bag with the 3 fat quarters.
Do NOT write anything on the outside of the bag.
The VP will facilitate the bag exchange.
Please... Do NOT tell people whose fabric and name you have... it's a secret!
You must use at least a small amount of each fat quarter in the bag to make the gift. You may add as many coordinating fabrics as you wish to make the gift.
If you need a brown sandwich bag, they will be available at the August meeting and at drop-ins.
There are NO restrictions on what you decide to make for your person. (Some examples: placemats, mug rugs, coasters, table runners, tote bags, bowl cozies, sewing machine mats or scrap catchers, etc. - use your imagination!)
Add a tag on the outside of the wrapped gift or bag clearly identifying the name of the person receiving the gift you made.
Place YOUR name inside the wrapped gift or gift bag.
Bring your completed project wrapped or in a gift bag to the December 2023 Christmas/Holiday Party where gifts will be opened for oohing and aching!
