Exploring creativity through quilting
CCQG programs are open to both members and non-members. Members are allowed to register at least 30 days prior to non-members. CCQG may schedule artists for all months. The programs can be held in-person or virtually.
Registration fees will vary from one program to the next.
CCQG programs in-person or virtually can consist of:
- One (1) one-day session or
- Two (2) one-day sessions or
- One (1) two-day session or
- One (1) to four (4) hours online (may include multi-session dates)
Full Payment is due at registration and secures attendee’s place.
Checks should be made payable to CCQG, and mailed to P. O. Box 1819, Morehead City, NC 28557.Checks cashed upon receipt to the treasurer.
If a registered participant elects to withdraw from a workshop, refunds will be issued on the following bases:
o Full refund if another person on the waiting list can fill the space
o Full refund if cancellation occurs prior to one month before the date of the workshop
o One-half (1/2) refund if cancellation occurs within one month of the workshop
o No refund if cancellation occurs within two weeks of the workshop
o No refund if No-Show occurs on the day of the workshop.
There are no partial refunds for canceling a multi-date program session.
If a workshop does not fill as needed to cover the Guild’s and Instructor’s expenses, the workshop may be cancelled.
