June's Program will be Robyn Gest of Our Fit Future.  Robyn is a certified trainer and has some easy moves and stretches to share with us so we can move more easily while we sew.  Especially for our necks and upper backs, and a couple of surprises!  So, please wear something comfortable so you can move along with Robyn.  Trust me you will notice a difference and feel so much better!

Make sure you arrive around 5:30PM for a little social time and snacks this month are be provided by Susan H., Jennifer P. and Jeanne B.
