The Machine Embroidery Group will meet at Shepard of the Sea Lutheran Church, Atlantic Beach, after Drop-In, from 11:30-1:30 pm.

April project will be embroidering the Rope Trivet from last month. 

Supplies for —“Machine Embroidery on a Rope Bowl/Trivet”:

• Embroidery Foot for your machine (#26 for a Bernina) Hoop to allow your “Trivet” to fit flat (The stabilizer is a sticky so it will hold Trivet) - it doesn’t need to sit totally within the hoop 
• 50 Weight Aurifil Thread or 40 Weight Embroidery Thread 
• Marking Tool - for marking the center of your hoop for trivet placement 
• Straight pins or Wonderclips 
• Bobbin Thread- color of your rope to blend 
• OESD Ultra Clean and Tear Plus 
• A “Line work or Open looking” embroidery design and the Embroidery thread for your design.

This can be a design you purchased or one built into your machine. It cannot be a dense design as that will not stitch well on the rope trivet.
