Parlor Talk: Quilts as Art and the Sacred Threads Expressing Life's Journeys Traveling Exhibit

Join us today at 2:00PM for a Parlor Talk on "Quilts as Art".  Hear from Jon Burger, Director of Craven County Arts Council as he speaks about several examples in the Sacred Threads exhibit. 

For the past 10 years, the Sacred Threads organization has staged an annual exhibit featuring the categories of Joy, Spirituality, Healing, Grief, Inspiration and Peace/Brotherhood. It is a juried exhibit (meaning the cream of the crop gets in) which includes many award-winning art quilters from across the country. You can take a sneak peek at SACRED THREADS
