Quilting Estate Sale of Alda Avens

Alda Avens was a long-time Guild member and supporter of the Kids Quilts and Hurricane Florence Recovery Quilt Project. 

Millie Nelson, Jan Willis, and Paula Johnson, in cooperation with Alda's family, will be having a sale of her quilting and crafting supplies on March 16-17, 2022, from 10:00am-2:00PM each day (weather permitting). 

Items available include:

• fabric,
• rulers, 
• cutting mats, 
• kits, 
• orphan blocks, 
• beading supplies, 
• Husqvarna Viking, 550 Quilting Pictogram sewing machine and accessories (available in SHOP),
• IKEA Kallex shelving and bookcase (available in SHOP),
• adjustable height ironing station (available in SHOP), 
• and more.  

Cash donations will be accepted the day of the sale.

Come, shop, see old friends, make some new friends...you may even be able to purchase some braid rows like the ones in the quilt above.
